We want shopping with SnakeRing.uk to feel simple and reassuring. If something is not quite right, this page explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are handled for our jewellery orders.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
- Please contact us before sending anything back.
- Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or refused.

- Gift cards
- Customised or personalised jewellery
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items that have clearly been worn or damaged after delivery
How to Request a Return
Please contact us first with your order details so we can review the request and provide return instructions.
- Send us your order number.
- Tell us which item you would like to return.
- Briefly explain the reason for the return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging if relevant
Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit where suitable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card provider or payment provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us for support.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.
If you need an exchange, please contact us first with your order number and clear photos where relevant.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, the order may still qualify for return under the policy above once delivered.
